youth, is that they "do not conform
any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you
will be able to test and approve
what God's will is—his good,
pleasing and perfect will."

We carry out this vision by enabling, empowering and equipping young
people to live out their lives through the Word of God. Here at Wesley UMC, church doesn’t stop after Sunday and Wednesday we have stuff going on all throughout the year including camps, retreats, and tons more stuff to keep
you busy.

The Dream Center
The Dream Center mission trip was an extremely eye opening, uplifting, faith filled,
amazing experience. The team experienced mission work, witnessing, evangelism,
service, worship and fellowship at its best. Most importantly we experienced the love
of Christ in all His glory. They met people from all over the world wanting to do the
work of the Lord.
They prayed over homeless and loved on people in the streets of Skid Row, picked
garbage off the streets, served food to people who called the space under bridges
home, played and loved on children who don't get much of that in their lives, served
and showed Gods love in the projects of Los Angeles and helped maintain the grounds
and buildings of Angela's Temple and the Dream Center. We could not have
accomplished this trip without your prayers, contributions and encouragement.
We thank you. The people we served thank you. And we love you.
On August 15, 2010 our worship will be devoted to missions. We will be sharing more
of our trip with youth testimonies, pictures and exciting stories of the Dream Center.
We will also be sharing the service done for the multi generational trip and VBS.
